Hot air to energy or whither goes the German minds

Newspapers are writing about a German brain drain. It seems that educated people are seeking their chances outside the country, particularly the US, Canada and England. The government is considering doing something about it. Most Germans speak of their government, however, as possessing tremendous lethargy. They claim that their politicians have perfected the job of talking a lot and doing very little. Perhaps, an energy company can begin to harness the hot air of the politicians and transform it into alternative energy?
