Baden-Württemberg President praises a Nazi

Yes, it's true. The President of the State where I live, Gunther Oettinger, recently praised a disgraced Nazi judge, Hans Filbinger, at his funeral. What makes matters worse is that Oettinger refuses to retract his staement. He says "I believe Filbinger was an opponent of the dictatorship....My comments are justifiable." Incredible. Filbinger was an active Nazi Party member, worked as a military judge and was issued death sentences during WWII. Oettinger should be forced to resign immediately.
