Shut down the Tour?

What to do about all the bicycle dopers and doping? Each day arrives with news of new doping scandals, teams kicked out, riders banned. Should the Tour de France be simply stopped? It is no longer watched much outside of France. Do any riders or teams have credibility? Perhaps, it is time to stop the Tour. Let it not take place for one generation of riders. Then, restart it. Maybe in this way it could be saved.
