I haven't done a post in quite a while because I was out of the country in N'djamena, Chad doing work as a French/English interpreter. Quite challenging work.

N'djamena is the capital and the country is extremely poor. This is their cold season and the temperature gets to between 100-110 degrees during the day. Evenings and mornings are cool. Everyone there loves this time of year because of the coolness. In February it gets a lot hotter and beginning in July or so there are three months of rainy season with fierce rains.

The people I met were all friendly and eager for opportunities. Some spoke of wanting to set up solar power for their homes and communities since Chad has a plenitude of sun.
